Equipment and capabilities

Dedicated equipment for each manufacturing step, from cutting to inspection, each linked to the corresponding service.

Laser cutting equipment

CNC laser cutting

Laser cutting equipment for carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel and aluminium sheet, programmed from the customer's technical file.

CNC Laser Cutting
CNC press brake

CNC press brake

Numerically controlled press brake to form cut sheets into boxes, profiles, brackets and covers.

CNC Press Brake Bending
Welding and assembly station

Welding and assembly

Welding and assembly stations to join components into metal assemblies according to the drawing.

Welding & Assembly
Coating booth and curing oven

Powder coating and oven

Surface preparation, powder application booth and curing oven for part finishing.

Powder Coating
3D printer

3D printing

Printing of prototypes and plastic components in small batches, complementing metal assemblies.

3D Printing & Prototyping
Inspection instruments

Inspection

Dimensional and finish verification against drawing requirements before dispatch.

Verification and control

Drawing requirements

Each supply starts from the dimensions, tolerances and finishes indicated in the approved technical file.

Dimensional inspection

We check part dimensions against project requirements before moving to the next step.

Finish verification

We assess the uniformity and integrity of coating and surfaces before release.

Dispatch check

We verify quantity, identification and packaging at the time of dispatch.

Programming and control

Cutting and bending processes are programmed from the customer's technical file using computer numerical control (CNC). This ensures the executed geometry matches the approved drawing and repeats across the batch.
